Once your order has shipped, your tracking number is sent to your email address. You can use it to track your parcel on the carrier's website.

Orders ship within 1-5 business days depending on availability. Delivery within Turkey takes 2-7 business days.

Unused, undamaged items with their tags still attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For details, please see our “Returns and Exchanges Policy”.
